I've read so many Gene Edwards and Seedsower books but continue to come away from them changed, encouraged, and drawn closer to Christ. This book shows me more of Christ and I there in Him. How wonderful to be deluged with Gene's words of Christ. He is the topic that is so often lost in Christianity. I so seldom have found books that reveal my Lord, even Christian books. They are so often about me and working on myself. Not this book. It paints, no, unveils Christ as the All in All. It shows He and I together as one. This book pulls away the religious, selfish veil to leave uncovered my glorious Lord and I in Him. Rather that talk about God, this book reveals Him.
Thanks Gene for another work of showing Him to one who desparately seeks to draw closer. I need the washing of Him in my mind and this book wonderfully works to help set things straight.
